Chow Kiat Bak Kut Teh, Jalan Kapar - Klang

Whilst waiting for Boston Baru to open, me and my colleague decided to try the Bak Kut Teh opposite the road :-) We chose a bowl of pai kuat , and a bowl of pun fei sau (half fat, half thin).

The BKT was actually rather good, it was of the very-herbal variety, and wasn't overly thick in texture.

Washed down with a pot of Ti Guan Yin tea ...

The bill was nearly RM$25, ouch, that's expensive, for 2 rather small bowls of meat and BKT soup!

I guess you are from Klang and have not tried really good BKT. I suggest you take a trip down to Sg. Way to "Ah Sang Famous BKT". It is right accross the inner road of the open air parking lot next to the Indian temple.

That is what I call a good BKT. Have a go at it....let me know what you think. Took a lot of friends there and all became fans.

I am not really a fan of BKT. But I know there is one particular stall in Klang that serves the best. Its at some four corners down a hill or something..^^
