There's no longer a sachet of crispy fried onions/shallots, but it's still good nevertheless ... Boil for 3-5 minutes depending on how crunchy or soft you want it to be. I like it "al dente", with a semi-cooked egg over the top.
VOILA! Five minutes later ...
