Curry spare ribs Kon Loh Mee Hoon

Thanks for a delicious home cooked dinner ... It's time for curry spare ribs with potatoes.

Served on a bed of mee-hoon with blanched tau-geh (beansprouts) on the side ... homely and yummy!

Stir fried chinese leaf on the side, with anchovies sprinkled over the top
