Bubba Gump Shrimp Co, The Curve @ Mutiara Damansara

A restaurant chain inspired by the iconic movie from the 90s ... Welcome to Bubba Gump Shrimp Co.
Add: Lot 145 , First Floor , Jalan PJU 7/3 , THE CURVE , Mutiara Damansara, PJ
Tel: +603 7710 9862

To get the attention of the waiter, simply flick to the red sign - STOP FORREST STOP. If you wish to be left alone ... just flick over to RUN FORREST RUN.
The cool table set-up, including ping-pong bat dessert specials menu! That silver pail is the storage location of Ketchup, Lingams Chilli Sauce, Tabasco etc.

Run Forrest Run (RM$10.90) - Non alcoholic smoothie/cocktail, with orange, banana etc.

Cajun Shrimp - Starter @ RM$20.90 . Really delicious shrimps, with nice strong cajun seasoning. And I rather liked the garlic bread too, with LOTS of garlic / olive oil on the little wok.

Bourbon Street Baramundi (RM$29.90) - Delicious!

We loved the ping pong bat!

Nice cosy setting, we sat on the top floor, which is quite a climb on the steps!

So, what inspired this restaurant chain (With outlets all over the US of A, Bali in Indonesia, China, Makati in Philipines, and they have been in Malaysia for nearly 3 months now)?
Forrest Gump was released in 15 October 1994, and won 6 Oscars. There were a further 32 wins & 38 nominations in various other film awards.
Life is like a box of chocolates...you never know what you're gonna get.

I've tried it in Bali, Indonesia. There got "PORK" and here none. The shrimps still the same though.
