I chose to walk ... Hotel gave me a map, and it was rather easy (but it may take you 25-30 mins to do the distance, due to having cross busy roads etc) ...
Other options, TAXI (About 50-60 THB only), which would take just as much time ... cos' the jams can be rather bad.
And perhaps, BTS Skytrain is the other option, there's a free hotel transfer to Victory Monument BTS station.
