It had taken us nearly two hours to travel the 40 or so km from Sepang's F1 circuit to Kampung Jawa in Klang, we took the Kesas and got off at the Kampung Jawa exit (Directions below are from Federal Highway). It was a really stormy night, but it was worth braving the rain to find the elusive (yet strangely so, very famous!) restaurant called "Hing Ket". Their specialty? Grilled lamb!

Simple, humble restaurant with flourescent lights, fans, and you will be hit by a whiff of the lamb on the grill .. and .. as I later found out, the scent of mint sauce :-)
Mental note ... Decline the "crackers" for starter, not worth RM$2!
The power cut off twice whilst we were waiting for our food, guess that was caused by a combination of the rain and dodgy wiring :-) It must happen rather often, as neither the restaurant staff nor the "regular patrons" were surprised, and emergency lighting/lamps were promptly lit up!
Lamb chop @ RM$9 each ... Here's the first two :-) Succulent, tasty, perfectly grilled, so tender ... and the fat was just simply heavenly! Eeeep!
I do NOT normally like mint sauce, but this version with small chilli-padi pieces certainly rocked, and complemented the lamb chops perfectly!
I couldn't resist having a second piece of lamb chop, in all we had 3 pieces between the two of us :-) Total for the 3 lamb chops, RM$27. Great value!
Two grilled crabs, another Hing Ket specialty, RM$32. This was simply grilled with little evidence of seasoning or preparation, the crabs were simply FRESH!
RM$15 for ikan pari or stingray ... Interesting sauce, not your typical sambal but a spicy sauce nevertheless. We enjoyed this!
Tung fun, stir-fried to PERFECTION! RM$8. Excellent!
Overall, a really good meal, and thanks to L for remembering how to get here :-)
Some other recommendations and comments I found online :-)
The Star,
"One of the best places in Klang for grilled seafood!"
Rasa-rasa.net
"A highly-popular restaurant in Kampung Jawa near Klang, specialises in grilling seafood and lamb. Started by a Foo family in the 1980s, it serves a clientele that includes locals, Singaporeans, Japanese, Koreans and Caucasians. A selection of wine is available and the food is still personally cooked by owners Foo Chee Chong and his brother.
Many tables carry a reserved sign as early as 6pm on a Saturday. Phone a day before to book a table during weekends and, if you would like to have baked crabs, call in the morning.
Specialties
Grilled imported lamb, crabs, prawns, squid, ikan pari and kembung. The lamb is served with mint sauce, and seafood with a sambal
Fried glass noodles (tong fun in Cantonese and tang hoon in Hokkien). Other noodles include yam noodles and starch noodles."
