Not surprisingly, as the title implies, this romantic comedy is set in Las Vegas aka Sin City. It is about a career woman / one who plans her plans (!) Joy McNally (Diaz), and the goofy Jack Fuller (Kuctcher) who meet and get married in Vegas, win 3 million dollars on the slots, and decide to get divorced.
It is then that the judge (Oddly enough, similar to another recent film Big Stan ) decrees that the money is frozen, and that they must remain married for 6 months in order to share the money but only if they prove that they can remain married whilst undergoing counseling sessions. Soon they both learn that if one of them asks to get out of the marriage, the other will get the money.. What do they do? Obviously, they each try to drive the other to want to get out of the marriage!

Predictable storyline aside, it was such a fun movie to watch! I loved the chem between the lead. Nice!
