The starter platter ... including duck (or was it goose?) tongue!!


Delicious! Crispy deboned Lamb Rack.


Other interesting dishes ... One had tang-hun in it, and the other was brinjal-based.


Interesting! Deep fried tofu with Salted Egg sauce

That is such a cool way, they are presenting the desserts in. Kinda like an almanac to sweet stuff. Food looks delish also esp the crispy deboned lamb rack (at one glance I thot it was siu yoke!).
