Pad Kaprao @ Amari Ocean Tower, Pattaya

There was no way I was gonna leave Thailand without eating my fave thai dish, Pad Kaprao or Stir Fried (meat of your choice) with Basil and Chilli. Had this for Room Service late one night at my hotel, and it was rather good (a little bit too spicey!).
