Pulse @ Grand Millenium, Kuala Lumpur

Grand Millennium Kuala Lumpur
160 Jalan Bukit Bintang, KL
Tel: +603 2117 4888

Here's the ONLY write-up I could find of this latest joint in KL, from Faces.com ... Duh, dunno what an 'Ultra Club' is!

Trendsetters and clubbers have a brand new venue to be seen and heard at the new club in Grand Millenium - Pulse the Ultra Club.
Located in the heart of the city, Pulse is Kuala Lumpur's first Ultra Club with an all-in-one chill-out and entertainment concept ¨C guests have the option of enjoying the cool ambience of the Club's al fresco section, or unwind and groove in the bar and lounge area to pulsating dance beats from a lineup of international bands and celebrity DJ's.
Overlooking the lively cafes and street life of Jalan Bukit Bintang, Pulse features one of the largest single malt collections in KL alongside a cigar lounge for connoisseurs. For those with a penchant for something a little more intimate, there is the up-market, first-of-its-kind Champagne Lounge that offers private dining and entertainment facilities within the Club.
Pulse Ultra Club's current mainstay is international R&B band Common Culture, performing nightly from 10.30pm, except Mondays.
From 5.00pm to 9.00pm daily and all night long on Sundays, it's De-Stress Hour at KL's hottest new hangout ¨C featuring 1 for 1 drinks (all drinks except full bottles) and draught beer for only RM19++.

Anyway back to my visit ... Here were out first drinks of the night, before the roll out of the Macallans ... A Scotty girl champagne cocktail (Damn strong! RM$55 ++) and a Long Island Tea (Prefer the one at Zeta and Shang ... RM$30 ++).

Anyway, found the place to be excellent! Great live band (Zeta should have hired these guys, so much better then Zeta's current 'live' and unenthusiastic band), pumping out the tunes from the 80s, 90s and more recent stuff like Justin Timberlake too ... a bottle of Macallan was competitively priced compared to Zeta ... good attentive service ... and a crowd which was fun but not overly rowdy. Must return again!
