Seng Huat - Under the Bridge Bak Kut Teh, Klang

Add: 9 Jalan Besar, Klang
Tel: +6012 309 8303
Opening hours: Opened everyday 07:00am - 01:00pm, and 05:00pm - 11.00pm.

This is another one of Klang's legendary Bak Kut Teh joints! 29 years of history lies in this little corner shoplot ...

The Bak Kut Teh is good, very similar to the Taman Rashna / Teluk Pulai Pottery BKT style actually, but perhaps with a touch more MSG. We chose Sai Kuat and Pai Kuat, always good cuts of meat.

Accessories! Yau Char Kuay, Loh Tan (Stewed egg), and Tau Foo Pok too.

Together with some superior 'King tea' (Char Wong), the meal came up to about RM$14 per person.

Even The Star is in on the act...
Klang is the popular destination among diners in the Klang Valley when they fancy having Bak Kut Teh. Among these popular Bak Kut Teh restaurants is one located under the Klang bridge which was founded by Lee Han Sen in September 1979.
UPDATED! Thanks to Lynn for the map...

Thanks for your blog and the info/photos provided. I return home to visit family each year and this year I chose to stopover KL. I visited many of your recommendations and love the food, including this bkt, dai chau at boston, steamboat in subang.... Thanks for telling the address, tel no, opening hours, the food to try and their prices. They are all very useful!! I would love to stopover KL again next year as there are still so many recommendations I have to try. I'd plan well ahead next time so I could get the most out of my stay. Thanks again.
