Stir fried pork with Basil & Chilli ... Pad Kaprao

It was 1am by the time I arrived at my nice hotel room in Novotel Suvarnhabumi (Bangkok Airport) , but I wasn't going to leave Thailand without eating my favourite dish!
Pad Kaprao is Chilli & Basil stir-fried with your choice of meat ... I had minced pork aka 'moo' ... Slurp slurp! So good!!
Room service ... About 280 Thai Baht.



Check out my baggage tag ... 3 flights later, and I still had my bags. Phew!
