This is the original Yee Shun Milk Company. Locally, it is called Dun Nai in Cantonese or "steamed milk with two films". It is described as ... a mixture of milk and egg white, steamed sometimes with ginger till it forms a pudding with a thin membrane layer on top.
I found it to be smooth, and very tasty. Milky yet not overly rich.

Seems many people have it with papaya milk, but I was so stuffed from breakies, I only had the Dun Nai. Dun Nai costs approx HKD$20 per bowl, and it is well worth it.
Slurrrrp...
But, many have said that the HK equivalent is as good, if not better (despite the origins of Dun Nai being in Macau) ... At Yee Shun stores along Pilkem Street, Percival Street and Lockhart Street in Causeway Bay (exit C at the Causeway Bay MTR, turn right).
