Breakfast time at Indiana Cafe, located along Persiaran Raja Muda Musa on the route between Klang - Port Klang.
The humble stall (In operation for 6 years) , which takes quite a while to painstakingly create each plate. Dad's friend, Uncle G, recommended the place, and gave us point by point directions to get there. The main landmark? Shell along Persiaran Raja Muda Musa towards Port Klang.
Springy, tasty, and beautiful balance of flavours. Even the char-siew was very good. Excellent wan-tan mee (kon loh mee). As my dad, who's a real wan-tan mee connoisseur describes the meal:-
1) Noodles are crinkly so it traps more sauce
2) The ability to make a dish from few component ingredients is a real challenge, for example basic cendol, cold soba, and chicken rice / kon loh mee too.
The Wantan soup, such a generous portion, only RM$3.50. Dirt cheap!
ps - The noodles here rank amongst the best we have ever tasted ... I think we have a champion!
