I only like the "original" variant, simple and very delicious ... RM$4 buys you a good-sized plate of wan tan mee with about ten slices of char-siew, some blanched greens, a small bowl of wan tan soup, and springy perfectly sauced noodles. Damn good!

ps. The kopi tiam has many other stalls, including the chee yuk mee fancied by my dad!
