This restaurant presents well, looks the part ... but whoooaaa it's expensive AND the service is so darn slow. There were only 3 or 4 other diners, who were already eating, and each dish still took over 15 mins to arrive. Poor!
Big Leaf Pu Er tea - Serves two (RM$6) and some non-recognisable wanton-skin-like starter, which we weren't charged for.
Very modern chic' restaurant ... sort of like Reunion in Bangsar Village, but set in a more airey / well lit atmoshpere.
Towel @ RM$1 each.
Crispy Pineapple Custard Bun (RM$4.90) aka Poh Loh Pao.
Eeeeeeeep! So bad!!
Especially when compared to ... Wah Lok at Singapore still rocks!
Shanghai Sticky Rice Shu Mai (RM$5.60)
Not bad and rather interesting ... the only edible dish I reckon!
Black Beans Spare Ribs (RM$5.60)
Quite tasteless ... and so boney!
Pomelo Mango Cream (RM$10)
Again ... tasteless. Overly creamy. I want the one at Reunion at Bangsar Village II
Back to the price (which was the other let down after the slow service!) ... it was just too expensive at between RM$8 to RM$10 per dish of tim sum. I only tried it out on that particular day, as they were having a 'happy hour' (Week days, etween 2.30pm and 5.30 or 6pm), which meant 30% discount on all dishes (But not on the yucky Pomelo cream, bah!). No chance of me ever returning!
