Yes, I can cook!

Tomato chicken ... really simple, just stir fry some shallots + garlic and chopped chilli ... Toss in some diced or whole chicken pieces (I like putting some slits on them to ensure they are properly cooked), stir-fry ... pour in Maggi tomato ketchup and some chunks of tomatoes ... and voila. Comfort food :-)


Ma Ling Luncheon Meat with Indomie Goreng ... divine!


Button mushrooms, stir-fried with chicken ... Served on a bed of rice. Ah... bliss!
