Beautiful texture, just enough stickiness, but not being overly sweet. Simply the best!
I packed the Sakura Pork variant, which is sourced from Ipoh. For this 'best of the best' pork, do call Max in advance and give him plenty of notice (May help if you tell him Julian Si sent you!).
