The best char siew just got better!

I went to Max's Char Siew at Spring Golden, Section 25 in Shah Alam twice today ... Once to ta-pow some lunch for dad and myself, and a second time to get some of the magical char-siew for a Barbe I am going to later this evening. There's an address and telephone number in ... To wash it down, Yanna made some home-cooked dessert, lovely!


The magical 'Sakura pork', by special order only, char-siew ...
Beautiful texture, great flavour, and roasted to perfection. This is divine!
Not cheap, but this is a special piggy from Ipoh, RM$30 per stick/leg of char-siew!
