Rice with Butter ala Irani :-) and kebabs... the first of many to come over our two days in Iran!
Tea Iran style ... Pour from the top tea-pot, and mix with the hot water from the bottom cauldron of hot water. The dates were surprisingly good too, but should not have surprised me, for a land of over 1,000 varieties of dates!
