No it's not what you think ... Not an "odd date".
Seems it means delivery trucks and vans have to park on one side of Walking Street before sunset on particular days, and on other days ... they park on the other side of Walking Street!
The trainers I was with were seriously amused at the neat, tidy and very safe cabling works!
