Tiger prawns with fois grais starter, Exquisite Chilean sea bass on a bed of risotto, and an average Granny Smith Apple tart (With the crumble on the outside ... duh?). Highlight of the evening besides my fish were the excellent bottles of wine, especially the French Burgundy. Light, and deep. Excellent!
