Steamboat with home-made fish paste

Slurrrpp ... nothing like a home-cooked family steamboat :-)
Best of all, the fish-paste for the tau-foo pok and fishballs were hand-made ... Ikan parang or Mackeral Fish or Tenggiri was lovingly and patiently dissected, wow!
ps - Found a really good recipe online, cookingmomster's homemade fish paste.
