Here are some different customisation possibilities described by another Blogger...
Standard bowl of Prawn Mee (small shrimp, half a hard-boiled egg, and lots of fried onions - BUT, there were no boiled pork slices or kangkung) - RM3.50
Prawn Mee with pai kuat (pork ribs) - RM6.50
Prawn Mee with pig intestines - RM5.00
Prawn Mee with pig intestines and pig tail - RM8.00
Curry Laksa
Kai See Hor Fun (Shredded chicken hor fun noodles in soup) - Always my default choice! It's good, probably 70% as good as Ipoh's finest.
Yong Tau Foo - Slurp! Always good ...
Time to wash it down with some Fresh Lime.
Here's dad on the way home, really happy with breakies and Cheng Beng ...
ps - Kon Loh Mee that was ta-powed home for lunch, wasn't particularly good or satisfying (I am a big fan of the 'perfect al-dente noodle' and this wasn't it!) ... I much prefer Koon Kee at Damansara Utama or the one at Jalan Gelugor in Klang

Yes agree this is one of the best if not the best places for breakfast or lunch.
The bowl of kuey teow is not Ipoh "Kai see hor fun" but Penang's famous "Kuey teow th'ng"
