Home-made Soup Noodles

The Map prepared dinner one evening ... Tau Chiam(Bean Mee) with pork soup, topped with fried garlic bits and ikan-bilis. Simply delicious!


Here's the finished result ... so good I had two bowls!


Then we had the Mee Suah version as well, equally good ... so smooth!
