d'Tandoor Indian cuisine @ Damansara Utama

d'Tandoor is a well established and very popular (by the looks of the packed restaurant when we visited on a Friday evening) Indian restaurant located in the heart of Damansara Utama aka Uptown.

We like the warm water which is served in brass goblets! Hmm, no charge for this.



Delicious plain briyani rice (RM$5.90), and rather good garlic-butter naan bread (RM$4.50). Slurrrrp, a good accompaniment to the meal. There was no charge for the yummy poppadoms.



My favourite dish ... Aloo Gobi Punjab (RM$11.50). Crunchy cauliflowers cooked in a deliciously creamy sauce with potatoes which were perfect to the bite.


Tandoori Chicken (One large portion of thigh chopped to many pieces, RM$8).
Fish Amritsari (RM$16.90 - Not too spicey, and plenty of gravy).


d'Tandoor lived up to its 'Services with a Smile' guarantee ... I will be back!
