went to the store for the first time recently.. unfortunately, the place lacks the service it really needs. i mean, the restaurant looks awesome and it's really clean. it's just that the service is lacking.

i went into the place and asked what a maxi moo was and they asked me 3 times whether i wanted a maxi moo and i clearly asked what a maxi moo was. in the end, they spoke malay to my friend who was with me and eventually took out a brochure and pointed. for a place that has full english menus and no sign of malay anywhere, the staff are not that well trained to deal with english speaking customers.

hope they improve soon (and perhaps come up with a different name for the restaurant), because their products are t-t-t-tasty!

What's wrong with the restaurant name? or u like DARABIF to have a western element like McDarabif or De' Dara? or maybe Darabif can drop that 'arab' word in the middle coz it will 'freak' some customer. or perhaps, put kopitiam at the back of the name.

Dont think so.Just stick to your name.Nothing wrong of being ourselves.

And if your malay worker were said not "that well trained to deal with english speaking customers." , just retrench them and look for Banglas or Nepalese.I think some of your "english speaking customers" will love them.

The Food is mighty delicious but the service is 'OK' la.

but the most important thing is..the pricing!!.
to the DARABIF's management:dude,u really have to lower the price abit.Even Wendy's at Mont Kiara offered much cheaper Meal Set.(Rm6/per set if im not mistaken)

or forget bout it if you only focus on the niche market of higher class incomes.Well, u are in the fancy town of HARTAMAS ,anyway.
