A very interesting concept fusing fine dining, great drinking and DIAMONDS (yes, bling! bling!) together in The C. Club. The propietor Chan, 44, who set up Carat Club ten years ago, describes it best,"Good food is a pleasure to enjoy. The same goes with diamonds. By fusing necessity (we all have to eat) with luxury, The C Club co-proprietor Chan Boon Yong seems to have it made!"
Thanx to our dear Map for the drinks ... nice champagne cocktails, and Happy Hour tiger beer for us boys ... oh, and some hot Earl Grey for Richard! :-)
