Kedah dishes at E's place

Thanx to E, A and Chef J for the fantastic concoctions one Sunday afternoon... Truly HALL OF FAME quality!

Salted Fish (Ham Yui) with Red Onion salad - Deeeeeeeeeelicious! Powerful but subtle flavours.
It is so good, that A described it as "Pecah kepala!" (Translates to ... "Smash head!")
Buttery Curry Prawns - Excellent! Great taste!

Baby Pomfret - Can be eaten head to tail, crispy!
Stir Fried Scallop with Kai Lan Head - Crispy, yummy.

Double Boiled Chinese Soup - Fantastic! I had 4 bowls!!
Roast Lamb in Black Pepper Sauce - I ate half the dish!!!

Sambal Petai - Not pungent like normal petai, but still not my thing :-)
