Lee Kum Kee, Hong Kong - Sauce for Teriyaki Chicken

Ahhhh .... I wonder when these sauce packets will come to Malaysian shores :-) We brought this back from our recent trip to Hong Kong (Yes, I have to post up those makan photos of our week of "chiak chiak").

Lee Kum Kee - Sauce for Teriyaki Chicken

Easy to prepare, and perfect with some leek I threw in ... The sauce had a nice "authentic" gingery taste to it, and the chicken seasoned beautifully in the gravy. I enjoyed this very much!

ps - I don't ALWAYS cook with sauce packets, here's dinner from another night. Char Choy Pork :-) from ... "scratch"!
