We had ... Tomato soup , Caesar salad , Chicken katsu sandwich , Grilled fish , Bangers and Mash ... and the Bijou Burger. Food was average ... but the ambience of the place very nice for a casual Sunday afternoon!

Nope, considering that the food is only so-so, and the setting is rather simple (hardly what you call fine-dining) ... its not really cost effective. Quantities are SMALL, so I wouldn't really recommend Bijou, UNLESS its a kiddy party and the food was fod serving kids.
HOWEVER, on a positive note, the service is acceptable, and it is nice, bright and airey ... sort of like eating in a conservatory / glass-house!
