Learning point - I now like BKT served in bowls, with the other bits and pieces (Eg. Tau-foo-pok, foo-pey, etc) served separately. Seems to bring out the true flavour in the pork, rather then confusing the pallet with various flavours!

yes yes, i also like the different parts separated, as i find that if you put everything rojak into one claypot, the whole taste gets mixed up and everything tastes the same after that..
