Anyway, on to the good stuff ... I love the food! Homely, comfort szechuan and shanghainese dishes ... Old Cucumber double-boiled soup, Pork stir-fried with sengkuang (The stuff that goes in popiah, it seems), the Man Taus which go so well with the before-mentioned brinjals with minced pork, and the piece de resistance ... Fried Wantons with Sweet and Sour Sauce (which had shrimps and minced chicken in it too, so nice!) , and a meal at Esquire Kitchen would not be complete without their 'signature' Cha Chiang Mien.
Other super dishses that I normally have, but didn't order this time ... Xiu Long Bao , Wor Tip and Tong Poh Yoke.
