Char Siew Soh - Home made with love in Abu Dhabi

What's perfect with a Nespresso?

Oooh ... bbG's baking some Char Siew Soh here in Abu Dhabi!

The filling ... and what it looks like just out of the oven!

Smells and tastes heavenly ... thanks, bbG :-)

The char siew soh looks great. Nothing beat the homemade version, especially stuffing it with plenty of ingredients...

Wishing you and your family a happy brand new year... and thanks for sharing my article on Todd English :)
