My first visit to Red Castle, which is located not far from the possibly-more-famous Beijing restaurant. Seems like they have been serving this seaweed starter for over 2 years now, I was reading some previous reviews from hAppY HapPy! Hmmm, according to him as well as another review, they used to serve ... babi! I did ask on this occassion, they said ... NO!

A good start ... the szechuan-style tofu was full of flavour.

Nicely fried kangkung with lots of wok-hei ... and the special brinjal dish was superb!
