Many ways to wrap a Fajita ... I usually do mine "open", with just a bit of meat, and some avocado/guacamole ... and bit of sour cream.
Bgirl likes doing hers spread thick with avocado-guacamole dip, and lots of sour cream and even extra tomato salsa, and a mix of chicken and beef ... wrapped tightly :-) Fab!
ps - This was our weekend treat at Le Meridien in Abu Dhabi's corniche, Tourist Club Area. Pity they no longer give out free bottles of Sol beer with the fajitas :-(
