Some comments about our experience at Principles @ Pavilion KL ...
1) I do not know why the assistant insisted on speaking Bahasa despite this being a UK-based chain
2) The assistant did NOT recommend that we get a Principles card (which offers 10% discount - For purchases of over RM$600 on a single receipt) despite each of us buying an item of RM$450 and RM$250. She could easily have recommended that the 2 cousins put their purchases together!
Tsk tsk ... not good!
