The food ... EXQUISITE!
1) Assortment of bread with butter
2) Stuffed squid with prawn mousse / anchovies / shredded crab
3) Angelhair Pasta with roe and sashimi prawn
4) Foie gras croquette with red wine
5) Pan fried sea bass with a 'green jus' (This was my absolute favourite, wanted to lick the plate! It was smooth as silk ... incredible)
6) Wagyu cheeks
7) Angus steak
8) Earl Grey Tea icecream
The service ... Impeccable
The evening ... Priceless.
Weird!
Always room for wine :-)
