Today marked the 1st time I have EVER seen Teluk Pulai Bak Kut Teh Restaurant empty! We got to the mecca of BKT at 7am, and ... (1) I couldn't believe it was open , (2) I couldn't believe there were only 2 other tables occupied , (3) I don't know how anyone, or I, could stomach a large pot of Bak Kut Teh at that early hour!
We enjoyed stir-fry yau-mak, with 2 choice cuts / pots of Finest BKT = Kai-peh 'Chicken-thigh' (it really is pork!) & Mmh Fah Yoke '5 flowers' (Raymond's fave!).
Simply delicious ... as always!
