That is such a cool way, they are presenting the desserts in. Kinda like an almanac to sweet stuff. Food looks delish also esp the crispy deboned lamb rack (at one glance I thot it was siu yoke!).
the dessert's menu is a "tong sing".... interesting idea!!!
Oh! I ate there! It was lovely. Looks like you had the smoked pork cheek that I tried too.
