I love Royce chocolate from Ngee Ann, Singapore, but for years I thought it wasn't available in Malaysia ... I have found it now! Isetan @ KLCC is the home of Royce!
Here's me tearing apart a RM$35 box of Nama Champagne Chocolate from Royce!
Its worth going through the routine of unwrapping the multi-layer / dry ice enclosed packaging, this is the result ...
Its sublime ... smooth ... not overly sweet ... full of chocolate taste. Best chocs outside of Belgium and France? YES!
Ps. Wikipedia says ...

Royce was first established in July 1983, with a total capital of ¥10.0 million. Royce's first head office building was located in Hokkaidō, about 500 miles north of Tokyo. By November of that year, Royce' began to produce their first chocolates.

Don't think it is , I found the following information:-

They do have NON-alcoholic (eg. the non-champagne varieties) chocs, but I am not sure if even they are halal.
