Homemade Pao in Abu Dhabi

Someone's been baking in the kitchen ...

In the steamer it goes :-)

Oooh ... done!

Three varieties ... Choy pao (Vegetable), Curry chicken pao ... and of course, Char Siew Pao!

We use "bread flour", which is available anywhere. But for this one ... we got it at Spinneys, some UK flour I think!

ps - The Shang Palace serves a decent "chicken" char-siew pao. Enjoy!
