MIL was in town recently, and cooked up an amazing dinner ... Hainanese Chicken Chop, beautfully and lightly battered, with the most amazing ketchup-worcester-soya-milk sauce ... Served with sauteed mushrooms/onions and fried wedges. Perfect!

Hainanese Chicken chops get me every time because i really dig the crispy skin, drenched in sauce!
