Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin - Rose Champagne

So cold :-) so good!

TheCellarOnline.com
How Rose champagne is made ... The robust fruit flavors of Veuve Clicquot's vintage Rosé results from adding still Pinot Noir wine from Veuve Clicquot's grand cru vineyards in the village of Bouzy.
Food ... This wonderful, dry Champagne with its light rose glow and copper highlights is an ideal companion for delicate dishes like salmon or poultry and also as an apéritif.
Colour ... Vintage Réserve Rosé has delicate pink color with hints of salmon and lively effervescence.
Smell ... The nose is expressive, with aromas of red fruit (wild strawberry, raspberry and gooseberry) that develop into more complex aromas (fig, fresh almond and bergamot).
Taste ... On the palate, the wine is round and balanced with a lingering finish.
